When transfering property the title insurance is not transferable, and so the new owner/transferee will need their own policy if they wish to have the protection and coverage throughout their ownership of the property. (*you will need to enter the fair market value of your property in the Transfer Price (at the begining of this form) in order to accurately calculate your title insurance, even though you may not have to pay land transfer taxes)
